  • Location: Richmond, Virginia (Onsite 3 Days/Week and must be local)
    Base Salary: $113,000.00/year

    Overview: We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to drive consistent project delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle. Must have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing complex projects within a collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead project delivery by developing project plans, release plans, and managing resource allocation, risks, scope, and schedules.

    • Coordinate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Refinement, and Release Planning.

    • Track and communicate project progress concerning schedule, cost, and risks to the project team, stakeholders, and management.

    • Foster an effective team environment by removing obstacles and protecting the team from outside interruptions.

    • Maintain positive relationships between the team, the Product Owner, and other stakeholders.

    • Track and report on team velocity and other relevant project metrics.

    • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity.

    • Assist the Product Owner and team with Product backlog management.

    • Ensure adherence to core Agile principles and VDOT and VITA project management practices.

    • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

    • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle models and expert knowledge of Agile project management principles.

    Qualifications:

    • PMP and CSM Certifications are required.

    • Experience with the SAFe framework is required; SAFe Certification is preferred.

    Base Salary: $94,000.00/year

    Overview: WarCollar Industries is seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to take initiative with minimal supervision. As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, articulated, and documented. The successful candidate will work within both Agile and traditional Waterfall methodologies throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with project team members and business stakeholders to fully understand business processes, pain points, and customer needs.

    • Develop expertise in customer business applications and organizational data management concepts, advocating for the customer throughout the SDLC.

    • Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify system gaps and deficiencies, proposing business, technical, or blended solutions.

    • Diagram current processes and propose modifications using process flows, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams for clarity.

    • Discover and document customer-centric requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to improve business and technical processes.

    • Decompose requirements into Epics and Features; create clear and concise user stories aligned with customer goals for technical implementation.

    • Map user stories to technical designs for system modifications, ensuring solutions meet customer expectations.

    • Identify and group related user stories into Themes; document dependencies and align with customer priorities and business processes.

    • Assist the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog with a customer-first mindset.

    • Perform Quality Analyst functions by defining test objectives, test plans, and test cases, executing tests (including regression testing) to ensure customer satisfaction.

    • Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, ensuring customer involvement and keeping Project Managers/Scrum Masters informed of progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering business and data analysis artifacts with a customer-focused approach.

    • 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodologies, including representation of the customer during sprint reviews.

    • Experience in organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs, prioritizing based on customer needs.

    • Proficiency in translating client and product strategy requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories aligned with customer goals.

    • Strong data analysis background, familiarity with organizational data management concepts, and SQL/database experience.

    • Proficient in defining acceptance criteria and managing the acceptance process with a customer-centric approach.

    • Experience with software development applications such as Azure DevOps and/or Jira.

    • Expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server).

    • Experience with reporting systems, operational data stores, data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts.

    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to advocate for customers while collaborating with diverse peers and stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

    • PMI - Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)

    • PMI - Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

    Overview: WarCollar is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to assist with documenting current and future state requirements, developing test cases, testing a procurement and contract management system, and creating user guides and standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in the procurement and contract management domain and excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence as needed.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Analysis:

    • Lead efforts to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to align with strategic business objectives.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and document requirements for new systems or enhancements.

    • Utilize Structured Analysis Techniques (Use Cases, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Workflows, etc.) for documentation.

    • Analyze proposed system and process changes, assessing costs and implementation strategies.

    • Develop innovative strategies to meet business requirements through existing or new technology tools.

    • Present findings and strategies to key users and executives.

    • Serve as a liaison between business partners and technical teams.

Your contributions will include ongoing development, bug fixes, and implementing additional functionalities as required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the project team to develop, enhance, and maintain Power Pages, PowerApps, and Power Automate solutions.

    • Assist in the replacement of a legacy system, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.

    • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

    • Implement new features and functionalities based on business requirements.

    • Work closely with the project team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
