WarCollar Industries
SkillBridge Program

Continue the Mission. Transition with Purpose.
At WarCollar Industries, we proudly stand with those who have served. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), nearly 50% of our workforce are veterans who have brought their unwavering sense of duty, operational excellence, and mission-first mentality into our corporate culture. Our partnership with the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program is not only a way to give back—it is a strategic investment in the next generation of national security and cyber professionals.
The WarCollar SkillBridge program is tailored for high-performing service members in their final 180 days of active duty who hold TS/SCI with Polygraph or Full Scope Polygraph clearances. We offer structured transition pathways into roles that continue your service to the nation—this time, in the private sector.
About the DoD SkillBridge Program
The Department of Defense SkillBridge Program (per SkillBridge.osd.mil) is a career transition initiative that enables active-duty service members to participate in industry internships, fellowships, or apprenticeships with approved private sector partners during their final six months of service. While still receiving military pay and benefits, participants gain real-world experience in roles aligned with their career goals—ensuring they land on solid ground after separation.
At WarCollar, we view SkillBridge as a tactical handoff from uniformed service to civilian mission execution. We offer immersive, hands-on roles in cybersecurity, mission assurance, intelligence analysis, and support operations—all aligned to real-world, cleared missions.
