WarCollar Industries, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Full Stack Web Applications Developer to support one of our most innovative and forward-thinking teams working on projects that ensure national security. This position will provide a front-row seat to the daily changes and challenges in a dynamic and mission-critical environment.

    • Develop custom web applications and solutions for the team, collaborating closely with other departments and ensuring effective integration with current systems.

    • Perform research, analysis, and problem-solving across multiple tasks, working with minimal supervision to meet evolving requirements.

    • Support LAN Management and Network Practices, including:

      • Network system performance monitoring and analysis.

      • Troubleshooting computer, server, and network security issues.

      • Supporting network communications, cabling, software, routing, and data backups.

    • Manage Atlassian Confluence wiki-based systems, including client and server-side maintenance.

    • Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for:

      • DASH Maintenance and Administration.

      • Observatory Maintenance and Administration.

      • Toolpedia Maintenance and Administration.

      • DART Maintenance and Administration.

    • Collaborate with teams to ensure network status maintenance and facilitate technical consultation.

    • Experience:

      • A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in developing custom web applications.

      • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Python.

      • Expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) (EC2, S3, VPC, KMS, CloudFormation, IAM).

      • Strong SQL skills.

    • Technical Competencies:

      • LAN Management and Network Practices:

        • Network system performance, security troubleshooting, and data backups.

        • Experience supporting network communications, software, routing, and cabling.

      • Experience with Atlassian Confluence and related wiki-based systems.

    • Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with a positively adjudicated polygraph are required.

    • Education:

      • Bachelor's degree in a technical field OR

      • 1 additional year of hands-on technical experience for each year of education in lieu of a degree.

    • Programming Languages & Frameworks: C, C#, C++, Erlang, Go, JavaScript, Linux Shell (Bash), Perl, Windows PowerShell, .NET.

    • Cloud Technologies:

      • Familiarity with Azure Cloud, Cloud Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure Security.

      • VMWare Virtualization, Database Engineering, Data Management.

    • Networking & Protocols: HTTP, HTTPS, IPv4, IPv6, MySQL.

    • Desired Certifications:

      • IAT 1 (A+, Network+, SSCP, CCNA Security)

      • IAT 2 (Security+, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA Security)

      • IAT 3 (CISA, GCIH, CISSP Associate, CISSP, CASP)

      • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, AWS Certified Developer - Associate, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, etc.
